2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit an inquiry form, request a discount or promotional code, book an intro session, sign up for a league, or apply for membership, we may collect your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you include in a message to us.
Membership and billing information. If you join the club, we collect the information needed to administer your membership, including billing details. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
Facility access and usage data. Members access the facility and book bays through our member app. This generates records of bookings, check-ins, and facility access.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
Consent records. When you opt in to receive text messages, we record the date and time of your consent, the IP address the consent came from, and the exact disclosure language shown to you at that moment. We keep this record to document your consent.
We collect name, email, phone number, website and form inputs, SMS opt-in consent records, and usage data via analytics and tracking.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in to text messages from Allstrokes Golf Club you agree to receive recurring messages about offers, discount codes, membership and booking information, and replies to your inquiries. This section describes our mobile messaging program and applies specifically to text messages.
How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have affirmatively opted in — by checking an unchecked consent box on a form on our Site, by providing your number and agreeing in person or in writing at our facility, or by texting us first. Consent is never pre-checked, never bundled into other agreements, and is never required as a condition of purchasing any product, service, or membership.
What we send. Messages may include promotional discount codes you requested, membership information, league and event announcements, booking confirmations, and account or facility notices.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 480-848-4948.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Mobile information sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent records with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that operate our messaging platform on our behalf, strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own marketing. No mobile information is shared with affiliates, data brokers, lead buyers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and send information you requested, including promotional codes; send text messages and emails you have opted in to receive; process membership applications, billing, and facility access; administer leagues, lessons, events, and bookings; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services; keep records of consent and comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, send requested offers and discount codes, provide membership and booking information, send appointment reminders, and provide customer service.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as described here.
Service providers. We use third-party vendors to run our business — including our customer relationship and messaging platform, our membership management and booking software, our payment processor, our website host, and our analytics provider. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If AllStrokes is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing. See Section 3 for the specific restrictions that apply to mobile data.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and longer where required by law. Consent records for text messaging are retained for at least four years after consent is withdrawn, to document compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To opt out or request access to or deletion of your information, reply STOP for text messages or email gavin@allstrokesgolfclub.com.
Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under those laws.
10. Children
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Members under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete membership paperwork. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites, including our member portal. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated more directly where required by law.
